Holiday returns: Orders placed during the holiday period have a return policy extended through January 31st. If you purchased an item during this time, you will have until the 31st of January to return it.

All orders under $85 shipped within the continental U.S. ship FREE via US Postal Service (USPS), with the option to upgrade to UPS Ground for $7.50. Orders over $85 shipped within the continental U.S. ship FREE via regular UPS Ground (Alaska, and Hawaii orders are subject to added fee).
Priority delivery options are also available. UPS 3-Day (which is a 3-4 business day service, not available to Hawaii & Alaska) is $10, UPS 2nd Day Air is $20 and UPS Next Day Air is $30.
UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, Puerto Rico, Guam or the Virgin Islands, thus US Postal Service (USPS) must be selected for all deliveries, which is a $7.50 shipping fee.

According to PANDORA's regulations, we are NOT permitted to ship outside the U.S., this includes Canada. You will not be able to select Canada or other countries to ship to.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
All shipping addresses should to be verified before submitting your order. If any shipping information is incorrect, you may incur a $15 fee for re-directing your shipment to the correct address. Please contact us immediately to report any errors to avoid this fee.
If you receive a damaged shipment, contact our shipping department and a return label will be sent to you. A replacement or refund will be arranged. Claims for damage must be received within 14 days of purchase date.
Product prices represent the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price as set by PANDORA. Prices are subject to change without notice, and we are not responsible for typographical errors. If a pricing error were to occur there was no attempt to unlawfully harm any customer. If an error is made we will try to correct it as quickly as possible. It is never our intent to advertise with incorrect pricing, unfortunately mistakes can happen. Until an order is shipped a contract has not been entered into. If an item is ordered at a price listed online that is different from the current Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price, you will be contacted before your order is processed. If a pricing error occurred and we as a company did not correct the error or contact you prior to the order shipping then we would honor said pricing error.
We carry a very extensive inventory. However, due to the unpredictability of PANDORA inventory shipments, we cannot guarantee availability of all items featured on our site at all times. If an item is not in stock at the time your order is processed, you will be advised of the BACKORDER via email. Generally we are able to ship backordered items within 2-3 weeks. You will not be charged for backordered items until they can be shipped. Backordered items will be automatically shipped via our free shipping guidelines once available.
