PANDORA Returns & Exchanges
How long do I have to return or exchange my purchase?
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Purchases may be returned for full credit 30 days from purchase. The purchase amount will be refunded less any expedited shipping expenses in the same form of payment received.
Holiday returns: Orders placed during the holiday period beginning November 1st have a return policy extended through January 31st. If you purchased an item during this time, you will have until the 31st of January to return it.
Returns will be processed 7-10 days from date of receipt.
How do I exchange an item I purchased?
We have 2 different options for exchanging: Rapid Exchange (preferred) or Basic Exchange.

What is a Rapid Exchange?
Your desired item will be in hand much quicker with this method.
Please note: if you have a received your PANDORA as a gift or promotion event, proceed with the Basic Exchange below due to refund guidelines.
For a Rapid Exchange, proceed with a new order with the item/size you would like. During checkout, type your original PandoraMOA.com PO number and “Rapid Exchange” in the Shipping Instructions field.
Example: Shipping Instructions: Rapid Exchange #S___________ (your order#)
We will include an addressed envelope with your new order to send back the item(s) you are returning. Do not include gift packaging or catalogs with the returned item. You will be responsible for shipping the package in your preferred method. We highly recommend requesting a delivery confirmation so you know we have received your package. Once received, we will refund your credit card the value of the returned item(s).
* Please note: This type of exchange is not applicable for gift orders (since the refund can only be applied to the original method of payment) or promotional orders as part of a gift with purchase.
What is a Basic Exchange?
To exchange an item please send the item(s) you wish to exchange, a copy of the original invoice or gift receipt along with instructions on what you would like done (exchange for different product-include item number, or new size, etc). Please include a daytime phone number where you can be reached should we have any questions. Exchanged items will be shipped free via US Postal Mail upon receipt of the returned items. You will be charged or reimbursed for any difference in price on the exchanged item(s).
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please send the item along with a copy of the original invoice along with instructions: “Return for refund”. We highly recommend requesting a delivery confirmation so you know we have received your package. If we do not receive the product, we cannot issue a refund. Once received and processed, we will refund the value of the returned item(s) to the credit card used in the original method of payment. Please include a daytime phone number of where we can reach you should we have any questions regarding the return.
How should I package a return or exchange before sending to BeCharming.com?
Ship your return/exchange items in a padded envelope or box by US Postal Mail or UPS. It is not necessary to include gift packaging or catalogs. We highly recommend requesting a delivery confirmation so you know we have received your package. If we do not receive the product, we cannot honor an exchange or issue a refund.
